EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanging a product for another product:

An exchange is possible if it meets the following criteria

• The product is returned within 30 days of receipt.
• The product is NOT washed.
• The product is NOT warn.
• The product is NOT damaged.

If all of the above criteria are met, an exchange for another product is possible.

The new-receiving product must be of equal or lesser value than the old-exchanging product.

Please let us know what new product you would like. State the new product size, color, and style.

Customer pays for all shipping costs.

If the new-receiving product is LESS than the old-exchanging product, then a credit for that amount will be issued to the customer. No cash back on exchanges.
