REFUND POLICY

Getting money back for the product purchased.
A refund is possible if it meets the following criteria:

The product is returned within 7 days of receipt.

The product is NOT washed.

The product is NOT warn.

The product is NOT damaged.

(No Refund on Men's swim shorts or women's board shorts. Due to health code rules)

If all of the above criteria is met, a refund will be possible.

A credit will then be issued to the recipient. The system will give the credit back on the credit card that was originally used.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanging a product for another product:

An exchange is possible if it meets the following criteria

The product is returned within 30 days of receipt.
The product is NOT washed.
The product is NOT warn.
The product is NOT damaged.
(No exchanges on Men's swim shorts or women's board shorts. Due to health code rules)

If all of the above criteria are met, an exchange for another product is possible.

Please let us know what new product you would like. State the new product size, color, and style.

Please make check payable to: "Lifeguard Master". This covers the cost of the return shipping the return shipping.

Upon receipt of old-exchanging product, then the new-receiving product will be sent to customer. Once we receive the old items, customer will receive the new items 4 business days later.

AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT

After 30 days of receipt of product, no refund or exchange is possible.

Once 30 days has gone by, a refund or exchange will NOT be possible.
